What Kind of Media Institution Might Distribute Your Media Product and Why?

My print production is a music magazine, therefore I am going to use a magazine publisher.

I have conducted some research and I have found some of the main publishers in the industry. They are .. 

 The publisher that I have chosen is Bauer media, because they have other music genre magazines, a particularly successful one being mojo.

I wanted to use bauer because I thought that I could produce a similar magazine for ‘ discerning and passionate music aficionados’  but  attracted more of a female audience

 When I looked on Mojos reader profile it was similar to mine apart from the majority of readers were male. ‘Discerning and passionate music aficionados, the MOJO audience is predominately male (72%) and affluent (36% AB). These heavy consumers of music see their passion as discovery without boundaries, genre and decade being secondary to quality’ .
